We have been finding our Resident Workshops (aka Wallpaper Workshops - so named for the giant roll of paper we write all our ideas on!) a really great, informal way of collaborating and gathering feedback. Topics so far have included feeling safe, managing risk, co-designing the resident handbook, co-designing the resident surveys, and respecting one another. They are always very insightful!
