"It was [...] so nice to be able to find out more about what everyone does and how they work so hard to make sure the residents feel 'at home'. Chatting to some of the other relatives/friends it was clear we were all very happy with where our parent/friends are living."

A big thank you to all the residents’ relatives and friends who joined us recently for our first Relatives' Evening!
Guests enjoyed a presentation by our Registered Manager Jason, followed by some delicious cheese and wine; before a chance to gain insights into our daily operations by visiting information stalls on the likes of care planning, communications, catering, finance and more! Thanks also to Age UK Norwich, who joined us to give impartial information and advice on benefits and finances, and showcase their brilliant wider services.
