We all know how important it is to drink plenty of water, but did you know all our care staff receive specific training in hydration? In Corton House we have specialist Hydration Champions who have developed a deeper knowledge to raise awareness and achieve optimum hydration for residents.

Staff hydration is important too, though - particularly for those who may be on their feet a lot, in a warm environment. Step forward the Corton House "Staff Hydration Stations" - dedicated areas for staff to store and refill their water bottles, as modelled by our lovely Administrator Sophie!
