Corton House EDI Working Group was recently shortlisted for an Innovation in Social Care Award from Norfolk Care Association.
Our EDI Working Group - comprised of staff, trustees and residents - comes together regularly to ensure Corton House is an inclusive place to live and work, through workshops, events and talks.
Although we didn't scoop the award, we were delighted to be in the top three finalists; and visited the awards ceremony and conference for afternoon tea and an insightful keynote speech by Dr Jane Townson OBE on the shifting landscape of adult social care.

Our brilliant EDI Working Group - well done team!
