The Knit and Natter group at Brakendon Close were beavering away since last summer to create nearly 100 knitted Christmas stockings for the Corton House Christmas tree at the Norwich Rotary Christmas Tree festival at St Peter Mancroft Church.

Once the festival was over, the stockings were stuffed with chocolate and donated to Norwich Food Bank for inclusion in their food parcels over the festive season.

Brakendon close also organised two food collections in the run up to Christmas and donated these to the food bank. Well done everyone!knit and natterknit and natter stockings316828663 450814280552624 7335792478804747616 n2317387846 450814237219295 5215900384892284491 n2IMG 20221114 WA1
