A Royal Celebration!

The manager of Norwich care home Corton House smiles and jokes with resident Norma, he is holding a life size cut out of King Charles. Both are laughing.

Corton House residents were recently lucky to receive an invitation to a local event put on by Age UK Norwich, in celebration of the King's birthday and the community of older people in Norfolk. Of course, our Activities Coordinator and Registered Manager snapped up this opportunity to support our residents to be connected with the community!

Accompanied by our brilliant team of staff, those residents who chose to attend enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea, music, games, and some fun with some life size cardboard cut-outs of the King and Queen! Much fun was had by all, as you can see from the fantastic pictures below!
