You might remember our fantastic resident Norma set herself a challenge earlier in the year to celebrate 70 years of Corton House by completing 70 jigsaw puzzles before the end of 2022.
Now it's our turn to celebrate Norma because 25,000 puzzle pieces later she's done it! This afternoon we surprised her with some jigsaw shaped biscuits, a new plant and a rather special sparkly curtain, as well as some kind gifts from Langleys Models and Games.
Norma says "It has been a rewarding experience and I am now waiting for my next challenge in the New Year."
Credit, too, to the lovely Lilian for helping Norma get to half way before she moved up to Manchester to be nearer family; and thanks to all those who have contributed jigsaw puzzles.
